Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our remote team at Ramboll. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our services and products. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with team members to create marketing campaigns that align with company goals - Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including digital and print assets - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results - Coordinate with external vendors and partners to execute marketing initiatives - Maintain a strong online presence through social media and other digital channels - Assist in organizing and attending events, trade shows, and other promotional activities - Provide support to the sales team by generating leads and nurturing relationships with potential clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Proven experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years' experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Driven and hardworking personality traits - Emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills - Flexibility to work remotely and collaborate with a virtual team
