Novo is seeking a part-time Remote Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. This entry-level position does not require any prior experience, but we are looking for a resourceful and resilient individual who is ready to take on the challenges of digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website - Create and manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms - Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts - Write and edit engaging content for our website, social media, and other digital channels - Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing and effective marketing materials - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge

Requirements: - Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to think creatively - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices - Experience with social media marketing is a plus - Must be resourceful and able to adapt to changing priorities - Resilient and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
