Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at H. Lundbeck in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and search engine optimization - Analyze and track key performance metrics to optimize campaign performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives - Manage website content and work with designers to create compelling visuals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth - Continuously improve processes and strategies based on data-driven insights

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing - Independent and motivated with a strong work ethic - Strong analytical and planning skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
