We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at William Demant Holding. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, providing flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand awareness - Create and oversee email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers - Analyze data and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for improved performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital landscape

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to analyze data to make informed decisions - Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate marketing strategies to stakeholders - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software
