Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Terma is seeking a motivated and adaptable Marketing Associate to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in marketing. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels - Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and content - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns - Support the coordination of events and conferences - Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with followers - Help with the creation and distribution of marketing collateral

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 3+ years of experience in a marketing role - Strong strategic planning and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software - Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and trends
