Marketing Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Peakon is seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Marketing Associate, you will work remotely from home and be responsible for supporting the marketing team with various tasks to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Peakon's products and services - Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, website, and email campaigns - Monitor and analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials - Support the planning and execution of virtual events, webinars, and other promotional activities - Assist in managing advertising campaigns across various channels - Coordinate with external partners and agencies to ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively - Provide support for marketing campaigns and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related role - Energetic and confident personality with excellent communication skills - Strong people management and cooperation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools - Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and best practices - Experience with social media marketing and content creation - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
