Online Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Novozymes is seeking a part-time Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in København, Capital, Denmark. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, energetic, have strong teamwork skills, and excel in negotiation.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and drive traffic to Novozymes' website. - Create and manage digital advertising campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn. - Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for optimization. - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all online channels. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve Novozymes' online presence. - Assist in the development and implementation of email marketing campaigns.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing. - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience in negotiation tactics and client relationship management.
