As an Online Digital Marketing Associate at William Demant Holding, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's online presence and digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness - Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization - Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to constantly improve digital marketing efforts - Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns - Monitor and report on key metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement
