Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

As an Online Marketing Assistant at Bang & Olufsen, you will play a key role in supporting the online marketing team in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and implement online campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize digital marketing efforts to reach the target audience effectively.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing online marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and websites - Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization - Support the team in managing social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with marketing objectives - Assist in managing online advertising campaigns, including budget monitoring and performance tracking - Support the team in creating and updating website content to drive traffic and enhance user experience - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve online marketing efforts

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field - Proficiency in online marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions - Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to finding solutions - Dedicated and energetic with a passion for digital marketing and technology - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
