Job Description - Communications Specialist - Work from home


Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Communications Specialist to join our team at Secunia on a part-time basis. As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to promote the company's mission and goals. This role will primarily involve working from home, providing flexibility and ensuring work-life balance for our employees.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively convey the company's message to various stakeholders. 2. Create engaging content for internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and social media posts. 3. Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. 4. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and resources for communication efforts. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communications to continuously improve strategies.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications or a similar role. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. 5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various communication tools. 7. Experience with social media management is a plus.
