Job Description:

As an Online Communications Specialist at William Demant Holding, you will be responsible for managing the company's online presence and communicating with various stakeholders through digital channels. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging content for the company's website, social media platforms, and email campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all online communications are aligned with the company's brand and messaging strategy.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online communication strategies to reach target audiences - Create engaging content for the company's website, social media platforms, and email campaigns - Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media engagement to optimize performance - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all digital channels - Manage online advertising campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads - Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices to enhance online communications efforts - Provide support for any online events or webinars hosted by the company

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in online communications or digital marketing - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using content management systems and social media platforms - Adaptable and able to work independently - People management skills and emotional intelligence - Knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools - Experience with online advertising and email marketing campaigns - Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
