Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Hempel Group is currently seeking a dynamic and creative Online Social Media Manager to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in social media management and a passion for utilizing online platforms to engage with audiences.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engage with customers - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns - Manage online communities and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner - Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Confident and hardworking personality with a drive to succeed - Demonstrated experience in developing and executing social media strategies - Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms - Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail - Innovative thinker with the ability to think outside the box - Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns
