Pr Associate - Work from home

Job Description: Hempel Group is seeking a dedicated and driven PR Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a PR Associate, you will be responsible for managing and executing public relations campaigns to promote our brand and products. This position is work from home, offering the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement PR strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Write press releases, articles, and other content for media distribution - Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry influencers - Monitor and analyze media coverage and PR metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns - Assist with crisis communication and manage reputation management efforts - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate PR efforts with marketing and sales initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in public relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in PR or communications roles - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex social dynamics - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software tools - Experience with social media management and digital marketing is a plus
