Remote Social Media Manager

Job Description:

FLSmidth & Co is seeking a talented Remote Social Media Manager to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns - Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media efforts with overall marketing objectives - Respond to inquiries and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner - Manage social media advertising campaigns - Stay informed about industry news and trends to identify opportunities for content creation - Monitor competitor social media activity and leverage insights to improve our own strategy

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Adaptable and dedicated with a proactive attitude - People management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team - Critical thinking skills to analyze data and make strategic decisions - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
