Job Description:
Bang & Olufsen is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team in Frederiksberg, DK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in social media management and be confident, dedicated, possess strong communication skills, and have a knack for making quick but effective decisions.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track performance and optimize strategies - Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to keep our online presence fresh and engaging - Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and customer service, to align social media efforts with overall business goals
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 2+ years of experience in social media management - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to make quick and effective decisions - Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms - Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices - Experience with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads - Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
