Social Media Manager - Remote Work

ReSound is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team in a remote part-time position. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize strategies - Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media

Requirements: - Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or company - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Adaptable and reliable, able to quickly adjust strategies based on data and feedback - Persuasion skills to engage and grow social media communities - Cooperation skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
