âś… Who You Are

This role is open to bachelor or master students - whether your background is in business, finance, economics, entrepreneurship, or technical fields like computer science, AI, data science, mathematics, or physics.

More than your specific degree, we care that you’re curious, entrepreneurial, and excited to dive into the world of startups and venture.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Loves startups and is naturally curious - you get excited about new ideas, business models, and the energy of founders building something from zero.

  • Takes ownership and gets things done - you don’t wait to be told what to do. You take initiative, and deliver high-quality work, even when juggling multiple projects.

  • Is hands-on with tools - you know Excel and PowerPoint, and you actively experiment with AI & LLM tools to make your work sharper, faster, and better.

  • Fluent in English - Danish is not required

Bonus (not required):

  • Experience from VC, consulting, startups, private equity, or product/engineering roles

  • You’ve experimented with AI tools beyond ChatGPT, building small apps, testing LLM workflows, not as an expert, but as a curious thinker.

  • You follow early-stage ecosystems, whether through reading Substacks, listening to startup podcasts, or following emerging trends across sectors and geographies.

  • You’ve built something yourself, a small startup, a side project, a student organisation, a no-code tool, a community, a newsletter, anything that shows you enjoy creating.

đź—“ Logistics

  • This position is a student job (25 hours/week) with a monthly salary of DKK 19.000

  • We’ll adapt your schedule around classes and exam periods

🚀 Why Join Dreamcraft

  • Join a team that cares deeply about quality and ownership

  • Gain exposure to high-caliber founders and cutting-edge startups

  • Work alongside both creative business thinkers and sharp technical minds
