Junior Insurance Advisor Student Assistant

About the role 

This is a great opportunity for the driven student wishing to understand and gather experience within a multinational company, allowing the opportunity to work with colleagues of many different nationalities and in diverse roles and levels.

You will join Group Legal & Insurance in our beautiful headquarter in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, where we are a team of seven. You will report to Head of Group Insurance, Sisse Friis Nilaus.

In your role, you will assist ongoing initiatives across the department, gradually improving your knowledge within insurance, and the insurance industry’s myriads of brokers, insurers, and consultants. The position is versatile with varying supportive and administrative tasks that will include:

• Support insurance operations across our global network


• Assist in data collection and analysis for risk management


• Create dashboards and visualizations to drive insights


• Help prepare presentations for stakeholders and management


• Contribute to loss prevention and policy optimization initiatives


• Improve administrative processes and data handling

The position is planned for 15-20 hours/week and will be flexible around exam schedules so you can continue to prioritise your studies.

You are ideally at the end of your bachelor's or start of your master’s degree within e.g. Business Administration, Law, Finance, or similar with an interest in insurance.

Ideally, you also have the following qualifications: 

• A self-driven, structured, and result-oriented mindset
  


• An eye for the detail and deliver in high quality on time


• Ability to handle different priorities at the same time, and working with several stakeholders


• Analytical mindset with flair for IT and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point. Power BI is also a plus.


• Great at both verbal and written communication - most communication will be in English
