Kitchen Assistant

• Your primary task will be to assist our Chefs in the kitchen, including cutting of vegetables, packing food for delivery, dish -washing and cleaning of kitchen.
  
• It will be advantageous if you have strong experience in cooking (e.g. making Indian fried bread or momo / dumplings)
  
• You may have to assist the waiters whenever required in serving food. In addition, there is cleaning of our premises and facilities on an ongoing basis and during the closing hours. Physical strength is needed to carry heavy utensils and equipment.

• It is mandatory to have prior experience in kitchen 
  
• You are fluent in English
  
• You are punctual
  
• You are proactive and structured in your work
  
• You maintain strong hygiene (self -hygiene and environment)
• You can work in a fast -paced environment, flexible and efficient in juggling multiple tasks typical for a small but growing organisation
