RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and Optimize Routes: Utilize Naviblind's cutting-edge technology to design and optimize navigation routes tailored for blind individuals, ensuring ease of use and safety.
• Customer Support: Handle customer calls with professionalism, providing support and assistance to resolve inquiries and issues effectively.
• Sales Engagement: Participate in sales activities aimed at promoting Naviblind’s products and services, contributing to our growth and reach.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to continuously improve the overall customer experience and service delivery.
• Feedback Integration: Collect and integrate user feedback to refine and enhance our navigation solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Danish (both spoken and written). We primarily communicate with each other in English, and are happy to help you learn if you aren't a perfect English speaker, too.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Organisational Abilities: Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Team and Independent Work: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for Helping: A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact on the lives of blind individuals.
