Job Description - People Operations Coordinator (part-time, 20 hours/week) wanted for a young, dynamic, and bold Manag

Unify Partners is a management consultancy firm, established in 2022 and now counting 33 unifiers. We are growing and expect to onboard more great people sustainably in the years to come. To do so, we are looking for a structured, organised, and empathic colleague to join our team and support our people operations.  

Together with the People Director, you will play a central role in ensuring the daily people operations run smoothly and that our employees and candidates receive the best possible experience. The position is part-time, with an approximate work schedule of 20 hours per week. Ideally, you will be able to work 4 hours daily and be present in our office most of the time, but we’re flexible for the right person. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Be responsible for handling compensation & benefits (salary, pension, parental leave payments, refunds, gross salary schemes etc.)
  • Support a smooth candidate experience by helping with screening, replying to applications, coordinating interviews, sending cases, coordinating a great onboarding process, and keeping a good moment in the recruitment process. 
  • Draft and maintain job postings on our website and various job portals.
  • Maintain employee data in our HR system (Personio).
  • Maintain and develop our employee handbook in collaboration with our people director
  • Be responsible for administering office operations such as handling keys, parking chips, answering calls on our phone, ordering various gifts etc.  
  • Experience in administrative work, preferably in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR Processes: Understanding of HR processes such as payroll administration, onboarding, and employee experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Danish, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (Personio) is an advantage.
  • Positive and helpful attitude.

The recruitment process:

  • We will hire when the right candidate is found, but we expect interviews during end-June and August and start date in September/October, depending on availability of the right candidate. 
  • Please expect 1 screening interview (video), 2 interviews (one with a minor case/task). Furthermore, a DISC profile to assess fit with the organization and role.
