Urban House Copenhagen by MEININGER is looking for a Service Staff(f/m/d) who will be accountable for the flawless quality of the service provided and food and beverages offered, and contributes to the satisfaction of the guests with the quality of his/her work and attentive manner.

YOUR TASKS 

• You prepare simple cold dishes (cheese / sausage platters, salads etc) & drinks and advise guests on their composition & ingredients 

• Responsible for setting up and removing the breakfast buffet, making sure that all products are correctly labelled 

• Ensure the constant availability of a sufficient quantity and varied selection of appealingly presented food and beverages to the guests 

• Prepare lunch bags in accordance with the number of orders 

• Prepare hot and cold drinks according to the recipes 

• Calculate the right amount of (pre-prepared) food for group dinners 

YOUR PROFILE 

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the service sector 

• Good command of English and local language or any other additional language 

• High service-orientation 

• Efficient and structured way of working 

• Orderliness and cleanliness
