Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist who is passionate about digital marketing and adept at crafting engaging stories through visuals and text. As our Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will bring your expertise in communication and digital marketing to create engagement across various channels and target different groups. You are proficient with social media management tools, love diving into analytics to measure campaign success, and stay on top of the ever-changing social media landscape.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and adjusting our marketing plans, managing and developing our social media platforms, and ensuring they are up-to-date with high-quality content. We seek someone equally passionate about our mission and eager to contribute to our impactful work.

Key Responsibilities

• Have a full responsibility and leadership from content ideas to execution

• Design, create copy, and post on SoMe channels

• Curate and generate digital media content, including, social media posts, stories, newsletter

• Stay up to date with startup happenings in the Nordic ecosystem

• Manage and monitor social media channels

• Update and curate content for Even Founders' website

• Monitor engagement and analyze performance and data insights

• Build strong brand awareness

Who You Are

• An engaging and creative communicator in English (Swedish/ Danish is a plus)

• Strong eye for visuals, graphics, and detail

• Proactive with a knack for generating ideas and a creative mindset

• Proficient with social media management and analytic tools

• Up-to-date with the evolving landscape of social media and the startup world

• Self-driven and interested to take responsibility for the tasks you lead

• Reliable, passionate about your work, with high integrity and loyalty

• A team player who thrives in an international startup environment

Qualifications

• Work experience in a similar position

• Graphic and image editing skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

• Video editing experience is an advantage

• Ambitious and eager to learn more about our organization and brand

• In-depth knowledge of digital promotion and social media analytics tools
