The Student Assistant, mechanics for Radiometer is responsible supporting the mechanical engineering team.
This position is part of the Radiometer R&D department Electrochemistry, Optics and Mechanics located in Copenhagen and will be on-site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the Mechanics team and report to the Senior Manager R&D, Mechanics responsible for the mechanical design for many Radiometer’s consumables. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Support the mechanical design engineers with drawings, R&D processes and other mechanical engineering tasks
Support the department with miscellaneous task
Learn and take responsibility for smaller engineering and admin tasks in an R&D department
The essential requirements of the job include:
BSc or MSc student in mechanical engineering or equivalent
Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering disciplines
Knowledge of technical drawings, modeling and CAD software
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
PTC Creo and Windchill software or other CAD SW
Experience in medical device development and design control
