About the role 

The position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your professional competencies in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Located in our new headquarters on Marmormolen in Copenhagen, you will be part of our vibrant team of 11 people. You’ll have the chance to not only collaborate with colleagues at HQ but also occasionally support our operations across Europe. Nevertheless, we have a very strong team culture and believe that only by being team players can we achieve the best results. In the position, you will also collaborate with teams across DFDS.

As a Student Assistant in B2B Marketing, your key responsibilities will be to:

• Support the coordination and execution of B2B marketing campaigns


• Help create content for newsletters, social media, and the website


• Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment


• Set up and manage web content using Contentful (CMS)


• Create and launch email campaigns in Iterable


• Contribute to optimizing digital processes using AI tools (e.g., prompt writing, automation, fundamental analysis)


• Track campaign performance and support with reporting and insights


• Conduct market and competitor research

As our student assistant, you will also have the chance to contribute to more complex tasks and projects that align with your interests, helping to shape the direction you find exciting as you grow in the role.

The position is planned for 15-20 hours per week and will be flexible around exam schedules.

About you

You are currently enrolled as a student at a bachelor’s or master’s level in marketing, communication, business, IT, digital, martech, or other related fields.

As a person, you are ambitious, curious, and collaborative by nature, approaching challenges with optimism and a team-oriented attitude.

Ideally, you also have the following qualifications:

• A strong interest in marketing, digital marketing, and tech-driven solutions





• Experience or confidence working with digital tools such as CMS (e.g., Contentful), email platforms (e.g., Iterable), or marketing automation systems





• Curiosity and practical experience with AI tools





• A data-driven mindset with analytical skills





• Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing

Beside this you have a keen eye for detail, work in a structured manner, and are dedicated to fulfilling commitments. You are self-driven, proactive, and good at taking initiative. You thrive in a productive team environment, are solution-oriented, and possess a deadline-driven mentality.
