Junior Paid Social Specialist (Part-Time)

Are you studying communication, business, or marketing management – and eager to put your passion into practice? We’re looking for a part-time Junior Paid Social Specialist (16–20 hours/week) to join our Growth team.

As a Jr. Paid Social Specialist, you’ll get hands-on experience across key digital marketing disciplines. You’ll help shape campaigns, test new channels, and run growth experiments that drive real business impact across our 13 markets.

From defining business cases to collaborating on execution, you’ll be involved at every step – and your work will directly influence both our top and bottom line.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and manage paid social ads on Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms
• Write compelling ad copy and landing page content
• Collaborate with our in-house content team to develop and optimize creatives
• Help define growth experiments and support campaign execution
• Analyze campaign performance and assist with reporting
• Support with ad-hoc marketing and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

• You have a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and great attention to detail
• You’re commercially minded and up to date with digital marketing trends
• You’re fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (written and spoken)
• You live in or near Copenhagen and can work from our Islands Brygge office
• You can commit to 16–20 hours per week, with flexibility depending on workload
