Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Hartmann is seeking a motivated and hardworking Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, able to think outside the box, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Research potential clients and markets to identify new business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders - Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients - Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in business development or a related field - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Strong leadership abilities with the willingness to take initiative - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
