Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Pandora Jewelry is seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of resourcefulness and motivation.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities - Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and expand our customer base - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize business processes and drive growth - Analyze data and trends to inform decision-making and project management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 2+ years of experience in business development or sales - Strong analytical skills and project management experience - Excellent communication and networking abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
