Business Development Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Ramboll. This is a part-time, remote position based in København, Denmark, with a focus on business development activities. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company - Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities - Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners - Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives - Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics - Assist in developing strategies for growth and expansion

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in business development or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
