We are an accounting firm located in the United States of America. We provide accounting and bookkeeping services.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Managing the GL reporting and processing of journals.
• Enter transactions into Quickbooks Desktop and Online.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
• Review and reclassify transactions.
• Post payroll journal entries on a biweekly or monthly basis.
• Prepare accurate financials.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 4 years experience within a Accountant (General Ledger) role, ideally within the the Accounting Industry industry.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
