The Role

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

- Bank Reconciliations and AP

- Property Accounting

- General Ledger

- Ad Hoc Projects

Bookkeeper Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in a Bookkeeper Role

- Real Estate experience and experience with the Rent Manager application is an advantage.

- Must have experience doing bank reconciliations and accounts payable

- Must have basic accounting knowledge

- Attention to details

RATE: $7/hr or equivalent to $1,120 per month

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 2 years experience within a Bookkeeper role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
• You have working knowledge of Quickbooks, Attention to detail and High English Level
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
