FPA Manager

The FPA (Financial Planning and Analysis) Manager will ensure the company's financial health and sustainable growth through strategic leadership in financial analysis, treasury, and tasks assigned by the Financial Director to achieve the company's financial objectives.

What will be your primary responsibilities?

• Provide proactive financial leadership of production costs and expenses to evaluate and analyze financial reports to provide critical insights and recommendations.
• Lead the annual budget preparation and oversee its execution and forecast.
• Cost control of the operations for optimal financial performance.
• Implement strategies to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage cash flow, company treasury, and relationship with banks.
• Responsible for CAPEX project write-up, analysis, and control.
• Collaborate with other leaders to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Responsible for the pricing process of SKUs to maintain profitability margins.
• Able to make executive presentations for Director and Board Meetings.
• Be able to make in-depth analyses of LRP projects and updates.
• Work with the FD to comply with corporate requests and reports.
• Comply with financial tasks and analyses requested by FD in a timely matter.
• Excitement for new technology and finding efficiencies in the process.

• A master's degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics is a must. 
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.
• Experience working in a multinational company is a plus. 
• Excellent professional English writing, verbal, and reading skills to make presentations, projects, and executive summaries. (Advanced level proficiency)
• Knowledge of USGAAP accounting is not required but desired.
• High analytic financial skills, attention to detail, and business awareness.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and deadlines in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment.
• Knowledge of the use of PBI is a plus.
