Bookkeeper (Quickbooks)

We're searching for a meticulous and efficient Bookkeeper to handle the financial intricacies of our New York based appliance business. If you thrive in a structured environment and are keen on numbers, this could be your next big opportunity.

The Role

• Manage daily invoicing and financial entries using the latest industry software.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and reconciliations.
• Oversee monthly financial reporting and maintain comprehensive records.
• Handle administrative tasks including credit requests and proof of deliveries.
• Manage extended warranty documentation and process claims efficiently.

Ideal Profile

• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with a preference for candidates familiar with the appliance industry.
• A quick learner who is extremely detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
