We have partnered with a US-based SaaS Company looking to expand their  Agent team . They develop management products that help lots of companies worldwide improve their efficiency and streamline their work.

They have a global team and are currently interested in hiring someone based in Colombia, Brazil or Ecuador

Our Proposal:

️ Join our client´s team as a Technical Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer ! We're on the lookout for someone with dedication and an eagle eye for detail to ensure top-notch software products. As an integral part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our IT Operations software products. 

Collaborate closely with our dynamic scripting team to meticulously validate script functionality and product features through QA testing . You'll have the opportunity to design and implement test cases for both our new and existing software products. 

We value your expertise in the IT Operations industry and your knack for diving deep into operating systems.

Responsibilities:

Immerse yourself in our suite of products and become an in-house guru on our IT software solutions. Shape the future of MSPs and IT teams by delving into user requirements, scrutinizing product usability, and providing invaluable feedback.

️ Take charge of comprehensive software testing to ensure flawless feature releases. Develop and maintain meticulous test plans, ensuring compliance across all platforms. ️✨

Craft detailed reports on software quality and functionality post-thorough testing. Ensure clear documentation of any defects or issues for the development teams to tackle head-on.

️ Propose enhancements to current testing methodologies, tools, and processes to refine and evolve our QA practices continually.

Collaborate closely with our developers, product managers, and leaders throughout the software development life cycle, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met.

Must-have Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years of recent experience in roles like Technical IT Support, Product Support, or Systems Engineering is essential.

️ Testing Expertise: 5+ years' experience with Manual Testing required

Technical Skills: 2+ years’ experience, knowledge, and utilization of PowerShell/Bash/Batch/Python etc.

️ Operating Systems: In-depth knowledge and previous experience with Windows and either MacOS or Linux operating systems is required. An understanding of system settings, the Windows Registry, and other OS foundational aspects.

Database Experience: Experience working in databases including PostgreSQL, SQL, and MySQL.

You must be located in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, or Mexico.

Nice to have Requirements:

BA/BS degree

️  Automation Testing

Virtualization Skills: Experience setting up and configuring VMs. A focus on ESXi and Hyper-V will be advantageous.
