Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing/Growth Manager to lead a new area of the company and take our brand to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Email Marketing Services, Content Marketing Services, and all aspects of digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth

• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities to expand our reach

• Oversee the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, Content, Email Marketing, PR, Affiliates, etc.

• Manage and track the effectiveness of all marketing efforts, adjust campaigns as needed to achieve desired results

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels

• Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing , with at least 2 years in a leadership role

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Email Marketing Services, Content Marketing Services, and all aspects of digital marketing

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

• Ability to analyze data, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Experience in the travel and hospitality industry is a plus
