Summary & Objectives The Recruiter will spearhead recruitment efforts at Coastline Equity. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Recruiter will focus on attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent to support the company's growth and expansion initiatives, this will also involve refining the recruitment pipeline and strategies. The incumbent will be instrumental in fostering a culture that aligns with Coastline Equity's values, emphasizing the investment in team members and their professional development. Essential Functions Lead the recruitment and selection process, from job posting to hiring, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Collaborate with the HR department to develop strategies for talent acquisition, engagement, motivation, and retention. Establish and optimize HR recruitment strategies, systems, and procedures throughout the organization. Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the success and well-being of all team members. Support the maintenance and enhancement of compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. Address recruitment-related concerns, grievances, or inquiries from candidates or team members, fostering positive relationships throughout the recruitment process. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and HR best practices in recruitment activities. Requirements 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Basic proficiency in HR systems and databases. Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Familiarity with labor laws and HR recruitment best practices is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred. Prior work experience with the USA market (mandatory) C1 or above English level (mandatory) Familiarity with Predictive Index Test (desired) Benefits Fully remote environment, work from the comfort of your own home.
