As an Operations Support, you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
* Track and trace loads through calls, SMS or email, and update their status in the system.
* Dispatch orders and shipments to appropriate carriers for pick-ups and deliveries.
* Collect and verify Proof Of Delivery (POD) documents and upload them into the system.
* File and update freight rates ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Accurately enter orders into the system, ensuring all relevant details are captured.
* Process invoices and purchase orders accurately and efficiently, and implement collection strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow.

Minimum requirements:

Studies: High School Degree is required. Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics related. Other studies are also considered.

Experience: At least 6 months of experience working in bilingual operations, customer service, credit and collections, or related. Having experience in the logistics industry will be a plus.

Language: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is required.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., following the American Calendar.

Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.

Places: Only for Guayaquil, Ecuador. This position will be on-site at Regus Guayaquil (4 Pasaje 1 NE, Guayaquil 090513, Ecuador
Mall del Sol, 4th Floor Torres del Mall)

Salary: $800 USD.
