If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Customer Developing team as a Customer Marketing Sr Head. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing the Retail Environment strategic plan and support through strong and relevant shopper insights, the commercial planning process in collaboration with customers, marketing, Research & Insights community, both with internal and external data to drive profitable sales and Category growth. This position entails 70% Ecuador Sell Out responsibility, managing a gross sales volume of 18 million USD per year, and overseeing an investment budget of 500 million USD. You will also manage two direct reports within the customers' sales team.

 

This hybrid role is located in Guayaquil, Ecuador with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week / 2 days at home office – subject to change. Based on your performance, you’ll have the opportunity to grow in your role. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

· Annual Master Plan Implementation: Execute the Annual Master Plan defined by Retail Environment to win where the shoppers’ shops and to drive profitable Category growth.

· Shopper Solutions Development: Co-develop and execute differentiated shopper solutions per Retail Environment ensuring value creation for consumers, shoppers, customers.

· 5Ps Management: Manage 5Ps guidelines and ensure its execution at the point of sale through effective leadership and communication with the Customer Development Execution Teams.

· KPI Measurement and Action Planning: Measure Retail Environment KPIs and propose action plans to ensure value creation, Category Growth and Net Sales delivery.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

· Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commercial related.

· Advanced English skills.

· 2-4 years of business experience within CPG Companies (Sales and Marketing).

· Specific Experience Managing: Field sales, HFS Chanel, MT Chanel Customer/ shopper marketing and Marketing.

· Proven skills required: Business acumen and strategic thinking.

· Deep Knowledge required on: Local market dynamics, diverse retail environments and

key customers.
