Join our team as a Senior Sales Manager for the LATAM market in the dynamic field of educational technology! We're on the lookout for a motivated, sales-oriented leader to drive our expansion.

What you will do::
  • Achieve country sales objectives, including bookings, cash-in, and number of sales, by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Form and lead sales teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure the achievement of targets.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales team, including territory management, customer interactions, and sales processes, to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements within the sales organization, implementing initiatives to optimize performance and maximize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Produce monthly sales reports.
  • Manage team performance, and set team targets and goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate degree in business or a similar field
  • +3 years of previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role
  • +5 years experience in B2C sales and business development industry
  • Previous experience as a Sales supervisor or Sales Coordinator leading +50 people
  • Previous experience managing team team performance, and setting team targets and goals.
  • Advanced English and Native Spanish
  • Project management and time management skills
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
    • Resilient and positive nature
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail
    • Experience in Educational, Ed-tech, Real Estate, or Insurance is preferred.
