Description
Do you have a passion for developing instore solutions to make P&G's products more appealing to the consumer?
One of P&G's key priorities is to have a strong superior presence in stores, on and off shelf. FMOT (First moment of truth) department focuses on getting the best supplier, the best raw materials while implementing the best superiority communication into different exhibitors.
As an Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for points of sale operations in LADMAR Ecuador stores. This includes guaranteeing Perfect Stores results and managing collaborative relationships with clients, suppliers, and the Customer Team.
If you want the opportunity to build and improve the shopper experience in the retail stores this role it's for you, you will count with the outstanding team to support all the projects.

Job Qualifications
Previous design and production instore displays experience in retail stores executions (+3 years).
Suppliers and agencies management experience.
Fluency (level B2 or above) in English language.
Strong communication and presentation skills: Ability to effectively communicate insights, strategies, and plans to stakeholders at various levels.
Analytical skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to guide decision-making.
Collaboration and leadership: Capacity to collaborate cross-functionally and lead teams to achieve objectives.
