The Role

We're searching for a superstar to join our team as a Customer Support/Business Development Representative (BDR). You'll be the friendly voice that connects us with amazing B2B clients (businesses selling to other businesses) and ecommerce stores.
Here's what you'll do:
- Chat with potential clients: Answer questions about our marketing services in a clear and helpful way (think: explaining things simply!).
- Support our sales team: Schedule appointments and help move interested businesses through the sales process.
- Be a customer champion: Assist existing clients with any questions they may have.
Bonus points if you:
- Have some experience in sales or customer service (but it's not a must!).
- Are a natural encourager and enjoy building relationships.
- Can explain things clearly and confidently (even if English isn't your first language - B2 fluency is great!).
