Digital Customer Communication Specialist at Integrated PHI


Integrated PHI is seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing department as a Digital Customer Communication Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content to communicate with our customers through various digital channels.



  • Develop and implement digital communication strategies

  • Create compelling content for email campaigns, social media, and website

  • Analyze customer engagement metrics to optimize communication efforts

  • Analyze digital marketing campaigns and provide detailed reports.

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends.

  • Work collaboratively as part of a team.


Requirements:



  • Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service and 2 years in digital marketing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong social media skills.
  • Email marketing: Expert in sending emails to customers to promote products or services.
  • LinkedIn messaging: Skilled at using LinkedIn to connect with potential customers and build relationships.
  • WhatsApp and Instagram messaging: Able to communicate with customers and provide support through WhatsApp and Instagram.
  • Customer follow-up: Good at checking in with customers after they make a purchase or use a service.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
