Workplace Specialist (temporary, on-site Tampere)

We are now looking for a Workplace Specialist to join us in Tampere for the duration of a study leave.

Your Role

In this role, you will support the daily operations and success of Gofore employees as part of the Workplace Operations team through tasks such as:

• Ensuring the office is comfortable and clean

• Internal customer service and responding to a variety of inquiries

• Office supply procurement

• Communication related to the office and work community

• Developing and maintaining a pleasant, safe, and environmentally friendly work environment

• Organizing internal and external events

• Managing processes related to the lifecycle of work equipment

• Ensuring physical security of the office (keys, name tags, security codes, emergency plans, possible trainings)

• Supporting onboarding and exit processes for incoming and leaving employees

What We Expect from You

• Ability to take on challenges and develop new practices when needed

• Educational background in hospitality – you’ll get to apply your training in working with internal and external partners

• You are motivated by diverse tasks through which you know you’ll learn a lot

• Project management skills, the ability to independently plan, coordinate, and progress a project towards its intended goal

• Fluent Finnish and English skills - both are needed daily in written and spoken communication

• Ability to work at our Helsinki office in Siltasaari at least 4 days a week

• Customer service experience is considered an advantage

Salary

At Gofore, we believe in fair compensation. Salary is influenced by experience and skills, as well as two of our values: actively contributing to making Gofore a great workplace for everyone and considering the customer perspective in everything we do.

For this role, the salary range is €2900–3500/month. The exact level will be determined during discussions as we learn more about your skills.
