Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kojamo is currently seeking a remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payments. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Review and verify invoice coding and approvals - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Communicate with vendors to resolve payment-related issues - Assist with month-end closing activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiencies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable - Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software - Energetic and passionate about working in a fast-paced environment - Strategic planning and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
