Job summary
We are looking for a Key Account Manager You will be responsible for managing and developing designated accounts Your role is to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities

Responsibilities
• Manage designated accounts strategically and operationally • Drive and promote change and development in customer relationships • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities • Act as a messenger within the company • Collaborate with different roles in customer interface • Work closely with project and service managers • Join a team of 6 sales and account management professionals • Report to the Customer Success Manager • Contribute to the development of high-quality products
Requirements
• Experience in account management • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work with different stakeholders • Project management experience • Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset • IT industry experience is a plus • Fluent in Finnish and English, knowledge of other Nordic languages is a bonus
