Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Smartly.io is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in the beautiful city of Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices accurately and timely - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Ensure proper approval and coding of invoices - Prepare and process payments - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Maintain accurate and organized financial records - Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confidence and resourcefulness in problem-solving - Excellent presentation and cooperation skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
