Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Solita is seeking a motivated and driven Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from home in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, monitoring outstanding balances, and following up on delinquent accounts.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner - Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers as needed - Reconcile payments received with outstanding balances - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices - Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates on accounts receivable status - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment-related queries - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial role - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Experience with ERP systems is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
