About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager for Marioff’s UK and Swedish subsidiaries , an experienced finance leader with an operational focus .

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

 

• Owning the monthly reporting processes including analysis of actual results and forecasting, annual planning
• Coordinating the monthly closing process in co-operation with a service center
• Preparation of statutory accounts and applicable tax matters, ensuring compliance with corporate accounting controls requirements
• Providing financial guidance on all relevant commercial and operational matters to the management team to support decision making
• Business partnering with the Managing Director of the entity

To be successful in this role you will need:

 

• University Master’s degree in Finance / Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience preferably in an international environment
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, utilizing ERP systems
• Solid communication, leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to influence colleagues across the organization, a highly ethical personality
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills, able to manage priorities and workflow, ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
• Willingness to travel
  
   

Considered as an advantage:

• Finnish /Swedish language knowledge
• Experience with UK/Swedish tax system
• Experience in Qlikview / Hyperion Financial Management system
