Online Accounts Payable

Canatu, a global leader in the development of revolutionary 3D formable and stretchable films and sensors, is seeking an experienced and passionate Online Accounts Payable Associate to join our dynamic team in Vantaa, Finland. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage the online accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor management - Reconcile accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies - Work closely with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with vendors to address any payment inquiries or concerns - Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting as needed - Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in the accounts payable function - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passion for technology and innovation - Driven to succeed and continuously improve processes - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively
