Online Accounts Payable

Curious AI is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate in Espoo, Finland. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage the accounts payable process for online transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments - Reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies with vendors - Monitor and track expenses to ensure compliance with company policies - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and implement changes as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite - Reliable and adaptable to fast-paced environments - Innovative mindset to suggest improvements and drive change
